I'm on page 242 and so far my biggest problem with this book is Elloren. She is very immature. She seems clueless, prejudiced, and cannot take any initiative. She refuses to "wandfast" with the biggest catch in the kingdom because she wants to be her own person, and yet she continually relies on this same guy to fight her battles for her. This character just makes no sense. And after reading many of the other reviews I do not think I will finish the book. Not at all impressed.
