I could not get into this book. The narration jumping back and forth really threw me off. Sometimes different voices and time periods work for a book--it creates a desire in the reader to find out what is going on and why everything is connected. To me, in this case, there was too big a variance in time and voice. I truly had no idea what was going on and really did not want to find out.
