I was excited to read this book because the premise sounded so interesting. I had a really hard time keeping up with the chapter switches between points-of-view and tenses. I have read books before that jump between present and past tense and first- and third-person, but for some reason in this book it just really confused me. I had to keep reminding myself who was the narrator for this chapter, what their personality was like, and what their motivations were. This took me out of the story, which really disappointed me, because I wanted to enjoy this book.
